I'm going to start something today. I have some goals for myself to grow more healthy, physically, mentally, and spiritually each day. Part of that is to document the ups and downs and the struggles and to encourage and connect with others seeking to be more real, more productive, kind, caring and generous.
Today's activities: 20 minutes of stillness meditation, 30+ minutes of exercise, read for 30-60 minutes, love my wife and do something good for her, hug my son who is coming home from college for spring break today, and apply myself to one of my various unfinished projects for an hour.
Thought for today: "It is not so important that you should know about the fact of God as that you should increasingly grow in the ability to feel the presence of God."
